2. How long does Velora Prima last?
Velora Prima is designed to be long-lasting. On average, the scent can last up to 24 hours depending on skin type, environment, and application.
The most significant influence on scent longevity is ensuring that skin is properly moisturized prior to applying the scent. Layering products such as body lotions or oils with the same scent will also increase the longevity and intensity of a scent.
3. How should I store my perfume?
To maintain the quality of your fragrance, keep it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
4. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we currently ship across the EU. We hope to begin shipments to the UK as well soon. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout.
5. How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 5–10 business days.
6. Can I return or exchange my order?
Due to the nature of perfume, all perfume sales are final. We only replace items if they arrive damaged. Please contact us at info@veloraprima.com for assistance with issues or exchanges.

Yes. All our products comply with strict EU Cosmetic Regulations (EC No. 1223/2009) and are registered in the CPNP database before being placed on the market. Our ingredients follow IFRA standards, ensuring both quality and safety.
11. Do you test on animals or use animal products?
Never. Our products are 100% cruelty-free and made with sustainable materials. Good for your body. Better for the planet!
12. What is the shelf life of Velora Prima Fragrances?
Upon first spraying the scent, a fragrance within the confines of the bottle generally has a lifespan of 2-5 years, as long as it is kept away from UV light and heat, which are the most damaging elements to perfume.
13. Do you keep my personal information?
Your personal information including name, email address, billing and delivery address when applicable is securely stored in our e-commerce database with the same SSL 128-bit encryption. This information is available for future orders when logging in, so that you do not have to type it again when you come back and shop with us. Credit card information is only saved upon your request. We are fully committed to protecting your privacy and comply with all applicable GDPR regulations.
