Shopping Online
Everything we make at Velora Prima can be ordered from our website, we ship all over Europe and all orders over €70 ship for free. Orders are normally packaged and on their way within 2 to 3 days.
If you have any special requests, or need to make changes to your order we are happy to do so as long as it hasn't been shipped. You can talk to our shop staff (yes, a real person) on the chatbox or email us at info@veloraprima.com if you have any questions.
Shipping Rates
We deliver all over Europe with our trusted delivery partner An Post. Shipping is free on orders over €70. For orders under €70: worldwide shipping costs €10; shipping within Ireland: €5.
Tracking Information
Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details.
All parcels are tracked and a signature is required upon delivery.
You can check the status of your parcel on An Post Tracking and subsequently with the same tracking number on your own national postal service website.
Travel Times
We know you are excited to receive your Velora Prima products and we aim to process your order as quickly as possible but delays may occur at busy and promotional periods, such as Christmas.
Customs Charges
Where parcels are being sent outside of the EU customs union area, there may be customs charges payable on receipt of the parcel. These are the responsibility of the customer.
Security
We use a large and well-known e-commerce platform for the secure part of our online shopping. We have no access to credit cards details nor are they stored within any of our systems.
We have now added the option to use Paypal to pay for your order. If you already have a Paypal account, you're all set. If you're not familiar with Paypal, Paypal is a very popular and secure way to make and receive payments online. Once you have your Paypal account setup, your address and payment details are all stored by Paypal, saving you the trouble of having to key them in each time you make a purchase.
