Returns
At Velora Prima, all perfume sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been shipped.

Refunds
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including for change of mind once an order has been shipped.

Exchanges (Damaged Items Only)
We only replace items if they arrive damaged. To be eligible for an exchange, you must:

  • Contact us at info@veloraprima.com within 1 day of delivery.
  • Provide clear photo proof of the damage.

If approved, you may exchange the item for the same product. Please send your damaged item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, we can only exchange it if it arrives damaged (with proof submitted within 1 day). No refunds will be issued.

Shipping
To exchange your damaged product, you should mail it to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the exchange is approved, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

If you are shipping an item over €60 ($75), you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
